WISDOM ON WEDNESDAYS has recommenced in 2016. This program supports individuals who have completed the MLP Foundations Course and are looking to continue to develop their practice. They meet as a group to practice meditation together, reflect on their mindfulness practices and explore ways they can improve their practice in beneficial and skillful ways. The group meets on a fortnightly (2 weekly) basis between 7:30pm and 9:00pm. Currently the group is reading B. Alan Wallace’s book “Minding Closely” and using the Mindful Life Community as a foundation for their daily intentional practices.
