- All Gift Certificates are dated and expire 12 months from the date of issue.
- Memberships are one-year memberships that are not auto-renewing.
- Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift Certificate may only be redeemed for memberships in the Mindful Life Community™ or Mindfulness in Recovery® Community.
- Gift recipients will be notified directly when it is time to renew their membership. You will not be charged for renewal.
- We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
