Mindful Healing with YOU in Mind
Currently, in our communities and across the globe, we are being challenged in how we live, work, connect and socialise. Military conflicts and power struggles across our world have impacted so many people. For many of us, these changes and the uncertainties associated with them may promote fear, worry and a feeling that we are out of routine, isolated and apprehensive. This program will benefit those trying to come to terms with the impact of these challenges. It will provide practical support for those struggling and looking for beneficial and skilful strategies to improve their well-being.
Learn beneficial mindful living skills to improve your personal well-being and healing. Develop a daily healing practice to support you in being the best version of yourself you can be. The program will be led by Mark Molony – a Co-founder of the Mindful Life Program and Instructor in the Mindful Life Learning Year. Mark is an experienced Mindfulness Teacher, Coach and Mental Health Social Worker.
The eight sessions include the following topics:
- The nature of how we struggle and suffer
- Exploring our Way of Being and understanding how it can be impacted
- What does healing look like for me?
- Developing a healing practice using the four keys of Mindfulness
- Constructing and implementing your own healing plan

Who is this course for?
This course is of great benefit to those of us who are experiencing an internal struggle or who are suffering in some aspect of our day to day life. The suffering and uncertainty may derive from our current pandemic experience or more simply from illness, injury or hurt in some aspect of life. The course is designed to support participants in utilizing their own healing potential in conjunction with other health treatments and modalities they may currently utilize.
Whether you’ve been practicing mindfulness for a long time or just starting out, this course will offer you specific tools and relevant teachings. No prior study of mindfulness or experience in meditation is required. If you have been practicing mindfulness and meditation, this course will deepen and enhance your practice.
At the conclusion of the course each participant will have designed and practiced applying their own healing plan in their life to enhance their healing and wellbeing.
