Rachel is deeply committed to practices that cultivate awareness, holistic well-being, and personal transformation. Since beginning her own journey of inner growth in 2012, she has found purpose and fulfillment in supporting others as they navigate their own paths to flourishing. Rachel is a certified yoga teacher, an MLP Certified Mindfulness Teacher, and a Mindfulness in Recovery facilitator. Her mindfulness practice serves as a rich foundation for all areas of her life—from parenting and family life to ongoing education and community service. She lives in Tully, NY, with her partner and their son, Jesse. In her free time, Rachel enjoys hiking, cooking, connecting with friends, and embracing her passion for lifelong learning.
