Executive director Laura Bartels will offer an evening presentation on how mindfulness can benefit us in our lives at Platinum Expressions, a monthly women's forum. Platinum Expressions is a "forum for brainstorming, sharing wisdom and exploring new frontiers for business and personal growth."
