The Mindful Healing Program
We are pleased to announce the first Mindful Healing Program for 2022. This 8-week program focuses on how best to apply mindfulness practices to support our own healing. The program has been specially designed to focus on helping individuals who are personally struggling through hurt, injury, illness, circumstance and/or uncertainty in their life.
Mark Molony is the co-founder of the Mindful Life Program™ and lives in Melbourne, Australia. He developed this program over the past two years as he compiled current research on personal healing and mindfulness practices and strategies. In addition to his extensive training and practice as a clinical social worker, coach, and educator with over 20 years in private practice, Mark is familiar with the challenges of healing having worked in the fields of crisis, trauma, and recovery for many years. He has also had his own significant opportunities to engage in his own healing. Mark is the author of the soon to be published Mindful Healing – Healing with you in Mind. He is a highly regarded teacher, therapist, and facilitator who leads retreats, workshops, and trainings in Australia and the USA.
The Mindful Healing Program offers participants core insights and strategies to develop and implement a personal healing plan to improve their general wellbeing and help reduce personal suffering. The program introduces a series of useful insights and practices over the eight sessions to assist participants to implement a realistic and achievable healing plan to continue their healing after the program has ended.
The Mindful Healing Program Schedule
In the US, Tuesdays April 19, 6 – 8 pm US MDT – June 7;
In Australia, Wednesdays, April 20, 10 am – 12 pm AEST – June 8.
The program will be limited to a class size of 15 participants. Should you miss a class, a video of the class will be offered to enrolled participants.
The online classes will be online utilizing Zoom and the course content and learning platform is hosted on our Mindful Life Network. Participants will be invited prior to the start of the course. The Network offers a range of resources and can be accessed on the web or through an app.
Enrollment in the Mindful Healing Program
Enrollment includes:
- 8 weeks of class sessions of 2 hours each
- Learning platform and course guide and journal
- 2 Months membership in the Mindful Life Community, including the members’ library of guided meditations
All participants are invited to have an individual 20 min Zoom session with Mark (before the course commences). This conversation aims to ensure that the course will support your individual needs.

Online Mindfulness in Recovery® Integration Training
This is a 14-hour training offered over a two-week period with direct supervision and interaction with our co-founder, John Bruna.
There is not a specific class time. There is a daily lesson and assignment that can be done each day at a time that is convenient for you from wherever you are. John Bruna reviews each assignment and provides feedback.

Four Keys of Living Mindfully Online Course Expanded with Live Teaching
It is our hope that this course will help support you in living a meaningful and fulfilling life—adding joy, focus, attention, a clear sense of values and wisdom to your life, and providing relief from stress and suffering. All the moments of our lives can be meaningful if we bring attention and intention into them. Live your life mindfully, with attention, values, wisdom, and an open heart. The Mindful Life Program approach is practical, accessible and universal.
This 8-week online course combines eight 30-minute videos produced and taught by Mindful Life Program (MLP) co-founder John Bruna, along with 5 live Zoom classes facilitated by certified MLP teacher Cindy Schmidt. The 1-1/2 hour live Zoom classes will support you in applying the skills of mindfulness and meditation in your life as well as expand upon and clarify the videos and journal questions.
