Mindfulness in Life™ Meeting

Each meeting, we offer a live guided mindfulness of breath meditation, read the daily mindfulness guidance from the Mindful Life Community™, and share our experiences, challenges, insights, and successes.  It is hosted by members of the Mindful Life Community™. These are inclusive mindfulness support groups, open to anyone with a desire to live more mindfully.

In applying the practices and skills of living mindfully, we learn we are able to consciously create a meaningful and purposeful life. In striving to become the best version of ourselves possible, we have found that we can have a life imbued with freedom, integrity, a deep sense of well-being with an appreciation for the rare and precious life we have today – a life truly worth living.
